OEP Preschool is such an important part of our family's life. 

We have been at the school for over 4 years now and we will be so sad once our youngest graduates from this truly special place. From the second you walk through the doors, you will feel the warm sense of love and community that radiates from this preschool. These teachers are unlike any other teachers we have met. We visited several local preschools before enrolling our oldest daughter back in 2017 and none of the other places gave us the same sense of warmth and caring that OEP Preschool did. Both of our daughters have different strengths and abilities and I have been absolutely amazed at the individual love and care that each student receives. This school will become a part of your family. They will meet your child exactly where they are at. Play-based learning is something we feel strongly about, and the staff at OEP Preschool have mastered it. My kids feel safe and loved when they walk through the doors, and they have so many opportunities to grow and learn. We are forever thankful to OEP Preschool!

We have been very comfortable with how OEPP has handled this unique situation

We have had many positive experiences with OEPP over the past several years, but, like many parents, we were concerned about returning to school in the fall. We were in touch with Janie over the summer and appreciated her taking the time to answer all of our questions and provide updates on what the safety protocols would be. We have been very comfortable with how the school has been handling this unique situation and appreciate how they have been keeping the classes separate and spacing out the children within the classes. Key for us has been the open communication from Janie and the teachers which has included updates on what the kids have done in class each day and pictures of different activities. This communication has enabled us to see how safety protocols are being followed and helped to include us in our children’s school life in a time when all efforts have been made to limit the number of people in the building. We could not imagine a more perfect preschool for our girls - OEP Preschool offers a wonderful balance of age-appropriate scholastics, nurturing and caring teachers, as well as stimulating activities, community and preparedness for elementary school and life. Our girls gained the foundation they needed to enter kindergarten with a strong start, as well as the life-skills to interact with peers, teachers and adults in a completely well-adjusted fashion.

These teachers are creating a love of learning for their little ones!

Our two sons are currently at OEP Preschool and we can't rave enough about it! The teachers (Mrs Trueman, Miss Mancke, Mrs Salazar and Mrs Halton) are beyond wonderful! They are beyond kind and caring, yet silly and enthusiastic, the perfect first teachers for our little ones. The teachers facilitate social and emotional growth, through play-based learning, creating kind and caring independent little people. Academic skills are both embedded in play and taught directly during more structured times. These teachers are creating a love of learning for their little ones! The teachers truly love their students and treat them as their own, which makes us parents extremely pleased with this school. Oh and the director, Janie Brey, is also beyond amazing! She knows each and every student and family. She takes the time to talk to everyone and visit the classrooms daily. We love OEP Preschool!

We will be forever grateful for OEP Preschool!

We found OEP Preschool as a result of countless recommendations during our search for a perfect preschool for our son. As we entered the building we immediately knew we had found just that, a perfect preschool for our son. Knowing he was shy, the faculty was there to help encourage him to develop friendships in a nurturing and caring environment. He came home each day with stories of how his teachers “read the best books and are so funny” and eager to tell us of the new things he had learned. The school has done what often feels impossible in finding the perfect teachers. Every year, they met our son where he was and gave him room to grow and learn with a smile on his face, always knowing he was so cared for. We will be forever grateful for OEP Preschool!

Our daughter has grown so much in her first year academically, spiritually and socially...

We can't say enough great things about Oreland Evangelical Presbyterian Preschool! Our daughter has grown so much in her first year academically, spiritually and socially, and more importantly, she loves going to school. She is learning so much and feels at home, which means the world to us. The support and care we receive from OEP Preschool and its staff is even more of a reason why we love it. There are so many choices when it comes to schools, and we are so glad we chose OEP Preschool.

The staff is caring, personable and their teaching provides an excellent foundation for transferring to primary school.

I believe that our sons are succeeding in school and in life because of OEP Preschool and the foundation they have established. 

OEP preschool prepares your children for kindergarten, and they nurture each child with Christian values and love. The leaders and teachers truly care for every child, and they involve parents in the process of educating their children.
